Kanye West bought a single-story house across the street two months after Kim Kardashian fully moved the marital home under her nɑme, The Post can confirm.

He paid $4.5 miℓℓio𝚗—$421,000 over the seller’s asking price—for the modest five-bedroom, four-bathroom property.

According to the ad, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills mansion went on the market for $4.079 miℓℓio𝚗 on Dec. 1.

Records show West, 44, closed on the residence on Dec. 20 under Spruce Blue Trust LLC.

A source told The Post that the “Donda” singer wɑnted to “get his family back together” but bought the house for the kids.

“It’s just simple logistics so he is close to his children and has access to them at any time,” the insider claimed.

However, it appears to be far from what the Kardashian-West household is used to, so it may require some upgrades.

The modest home has about 3,600 square feet and an equestrian ranch on over an acre.

The residence boasts shaggy beige carpets and old wood paneling and cabinets.

A fireplace and sliding doors overlook the pool and horse paddock in the family area. The advertisement also mentions a two-car attached garage with a guest suite and a path to the three-stall barn. The barn has a horse pasture, tack room, and hay storage.

Since 1955, the same owners lived in the well-maintained home.

The 2005 kitchen remodel included an island and a drought-resistant AstroTurf front yard.
